On the 24th of this month I will be playing a gig with the legendary Madame Nielsen and the electronic wizard Mads Emil Nielsen at Café Hack in Aarhus. Poetry, sounds and improvisations. Will be very exciting. See more here: https://www.aarhusteater.dk/forestillinger/forestillinger/ekstra-events/alverdens-vandringer/
On Saturday (April 6) I will be playing a children’s concert at Sønderborg Bibliotek with Mette Marie Ørnstrup (voc, perc) and Thomas Sejthen (b). Among other things sounds and music from Mette Maries travels in Africa and Turkey. Looking forward!
Going to Aalborg today to be in the jury of JazzDanmarks ‘Jazzkonkurrencen’. First of 4 concerts, where 4 young bands compete to win the prize. Will be exciting...
New music added to the mixed tape playlist on the front page. From the old album ‘Tusmørkedyr’ with the trio Sammensurium feat. Michael Blake. On drums it is Søren Mehlsen and on bass Jesper Smalbro. Still holds up, I think ;-)
More music has been added to the website, among them also some older compositions. You can find an excerpt from Trigger Me!? for sinfonietta and a recording of the bigband composition Tophemmelige Planer in the large ensemble section. Hope you enjoy!

Århus Sinfonietta will be performing my works SNAP! and Swinging at Aarhus Jazz Festival (Hotel Carmel, July 21 15:00) and Djurs & Mols (Kulturministeriet, Ebeltoft, July 27 15:00). I am very much looking forward to the performance which features a revised edition of Swinging, alongside new compositions by Julie Kjær and Lil Lacy. Hope to make more like this in the future.

But now it is finally here, and I am thrilled to perform The Story Of A Building: Vandtårnet on Sunday in collaboration with dancer Pernille Malou Konzack Sørensen.
